これは一つに「男性並みに」ときには「男性以上に」
仕事中心になりがちな女性が、自身の中でバランスを
とっているからではないか。男女が対等に仕事をする
職場環境が整うほど女性が激しく議論を戦わせることも、
部下を厳しくしかることも、自分を強くみせて勝負に
出ることも必要になってくる。
でも、だからといって完全に男性化してしまうことは
得策ではないし本人も周囲も望んでいない。
そんなときに、ファッションというツールを使って
自分自身で「女性」を保つところがあるのではないか。
そして当然のことだが、女性が「男性化」したところで、
男性ではなく「男性化した女性」だ。
え？単なるエビちゃんブームというか流行じゃないの？
女性はTPOを強く意識しているので、仕事は仕事、
プライベートはプライベート、と割り切ってそうですし。
職場にフェミニン派が増えているのは、それが許される
背景がある、すなわち流行だから、かなと。でも、
上記の引用部は説得力がありますし、私は女性ではないの
でなんとも言えません。実際のところ、どうなんでしょうね。

私も単なるブームだと思います。
ここ最近流行った、ロング巻き髪・ふわふわ素材・ワンピ等を職場でも実践しているだけでは…。
女性が男性化したところで男性にはなれないなんて、大昔のフェミニズム論争で見たような文で、あまりファッションの記事とは思えないような…。
でも、記事を書いたのは女性記者の方なので、「以前と違って女性記者＝女捨ててる外見」というくくりではなくなったよ、ということを伝えたかったのかもしれません。
ｄａｌｅさんの記事は難しいですね。
最近は、女性も男性並に仕事をするようになって、４０代の男性と同じ厄年のお払いをするという話も聴きましたよ。私の仕事の服装はジャージです。子どもと遊んだり、吐いたときは消毒するのでハイターがとんだりして、おしゃれはできません。お出かけくらいでしょうか。おめかしするのは。
僕も、雑誌の影響かと思いました。
ただファッションのスタイルだけではなく、自立したワーカーとしての個性ってとこですかね。

ワンピースが増えている理由の一つに「楽」ということがあると思います。コーディネート考えなくてよいし、上司や客ウケはいいし、働く女にとっては一番都合のよい「作業着」だと思います。
一昔前は一部上場企業の事務職女性には制服という最強の楽アイテムがありましたが、今はないですから。実際のところ二日酔いやむくんでいる時はウエストマークしなくてよいワンピースほどありがたいものはありません。
話は変わりますがdaleさんに一度分析してみて頂きたいのが「ふつうのOLはホスト系ファッションの男子を好むのか？」という事象です。ギャル系お姉系の女の子はホスト系男子、ファッションヲタ系女子はファッションヲタ系男子とくっつくのは判るのですが、ふつうのOLさんは男子のお洒落に何を求めるのか（あるいは求めないのか）をぜひ解説して下さいませ。

私個人は気分の修整というか気分に合わせてというか、そんな目的でフェミニンにするか否か決めている気がします。
仕事で殺伐としてきて潤いが欲しいとき、逆に何となく女らしい格好をしたいとき、など。
体調の他メンタルでも心地よい格好って変わりますよね。
